Carl Richardson LLC supplies medical equipment to hospitals and to the organizations that manufacture and move it. Alongside that work, we are building MedicalTrace so identity, certificates, maintenance, and custody can stay with the device.
Equipment supply for healthcare organizations
MedicalTrace, still in development
Work begins with a conversation
The business begins with equipment moving into care. Manufacturers build it. Suppliers move it. Hospitals and facilities receive it and put it to work.
Along that path, certificates, receiving records, and handover notes are often kept apart from the device they describe. That gap is what the record is for.

MedicalTrace is the equipment passport Carl Richardson LLC is building. It is not in service yet. It keeps identity, certificates, maintenance, and custody with the device. A blockchain record does not make an entry true, and it does not replace the organization that issued a certificate. Taking part does not require buying equipment from us.
MedicalTrace overviewThe aim is straightforward. The device and the information that belongs to it should move together, from the organizations that make and supply it to the facilities that use it.
That is an intention we are building toward. It is not a claim that every record is already complete, or that the technology certifies a device is safe.

Access and privacy are part of the design. Identifiable patient records are not placed on a public blockchain.
Supply is the business today. MedicalTrace is the technology, and it is still in development.
We work with manufacturers, suppliers, hospitals, and the organizations that issue certificates.
A record should show who issued it, what it claims, and the history behind it.
